Ceramic rubber composite lining adopts a thermal vulcanization process, which vulcanizes toughened wear-resistant ceramics and rubber to form a rubber two-in-one lining, and then uses high-strength organic adhesive to bond the lining to the inner shell steel plate of the equipment. On the top, a strong and cushioning anti-wear layer is formed. It combines the advantages of high hardness of ceramics and high buffering and fatigue resistance of rubber, which can well solve the wear-proof problem of equipment during the transportation of large pieces of materials
「Product Features」
1. Impact resistance: good buffering performance, can effectively buffer the impact caused by ore falling from a height. The main raw material of the simple wear-resistant ceramic lining is alumina, which has wear resistance, but insufficient toughness. When the impact reaches a certain level, a wear-resistant composite lining must be used.
2. Convenient construction: There is no gap after the lining is installed. The rubber composite lining can be twisted and cut, and is suitable for installing various special-shaped equipment.
3. No sticking and no blocking: Due to the high strength and corrosion resistance of ceramics, the problem of equipment sticking and blocking is effectively solved. Traditional nylon plates often stick to materials, affecting work efficiency.
4. Ceramic rubber composite plates have strong wear resistance, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance. Rubber elastomers have excellent vibration reduction effects and can reduce the noise generated during material transportation.
5. The density of ceramic rubber composite plates is lower than that of steel plates, and they are light in weight. Moreover, due to their high wear resistance, they do not need to be replaced frequently, saving a lot of time and cost for enterprises.
[Connection method] Gluing or bolting. Use high-strength organic adhesive to bond the composite board or bolt it to the inner shell of the equipment to form a strong, cushioning anti-wear layer.
